Waterloo Housing Group manages the housing register (or waiting list) on behalf of East Lindsey District Council. Homes Direct has now replaced Linx Homechoice.
When you end a tenancy with us, we expect the property to be left in a good condition. If you are offered another Waterloo Housing Group property an appointment will be made at for a Technical Officer to visit your current property to carry out an inspection. From 24/05/2017, adverts for 2 bedroom flats and bungalows will be opened up to allow applicants with a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom need to place a bid. In order to make best possible use of the housing stock, priority will be given to applicants with a 2 bedroom need

New homes are advertised at least 8 weeks in advance of anticipated completion of the property. To apply for a home in East Lindsey you must be registered on Homes Direct and you must be eligible which includes having a local connection to the area, as follows;
